Magil was born in Crema in 1966 thanks to the intuition and genius of Gilberto Mantica and the unmistakable taste of his wife Lina.
It established itself in the following decades thanks to high quality garments, with fine finishes, with a typically Italian refined style.
In those years MAGIL became one of the reference brands in children's fashion , boasting its presence in the most young showcases in Italy and abroad.
MAGIL today has dese in Lavagna, where the passion and dedication of MAGGI Maria Chiara and her young collaborators give life to new creations.
THE MAGIL WORLD
Today, as then, MAGIL is synonymous with Italian quality and good taste, it suggests a very precise dress code: dressing children who do not have in a hurry to look like grown-ups and give mothers and fathers indelible memories.
This is why MAGIL dresses enhance the features of children who so inspire tenderness a through soft and comfortable lines, the tailoring of the cut and finishes, the quality of the fabrics and the combination with the accessories.
MAGIL children are not too contaminated by adults, their world is the game, fairy tale, fantasy. It is a slow, colorful, sweet world, like the scent of biscuits.
CURIOSITIES
I could tell you that the name MAGIL comes from my family names:
"MA" as in Mario, my dad,
"GI" as my sister Giulia
and "L" as for my mum Luisella and my sisters Lucia and Laura...
In 2020 I became a mother to Martina Maria and she, too, entered the destiny of this brand with her name.
Alternatively, I could tell you that MAGIL is a way of softening my surname....
But the truth is that MAGIL was born even before my parents knew each other.
But I want to think that fate wanted me to meet MAGIL and fall in love with it, to bring it to life!
