Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree. no. 206/2005, the Customer "Consumer" (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following e-mail address: shop.magil.info@gmail.com, a written communication, containing: I) the manifestation of willingness to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005; II) an indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal; III) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; IV) the Customer's bank account details. The communication may be sent within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. The Customer undertakes to return the Products within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products to the following address: Magil srl Porto di Lavagna 160-161, 16033 Lavagna (GE), Italy

1.2 The costs for the return of the Product shall be borne entirely by the Customer. Planet shall not be liable for reimbursement or compensation for returned products that are lost, stolen or damaged.

1.3 Planet shall reimburse the full cost of Products returned by the Customer, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Delivery costs are not refundable. Planet shall undertake to promptly reimburse the Customer and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of Return, provided that the conditions of the previous paragraph have been met Refunds shall be made by bank transfer. Planet will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made. Planet reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements set out in paragraph 1.1 above

Returning items to Magil is now even easier!

To do so, simply log in to your new customer page by clicking here.
Enter your account email address and the 6-digit code that will be sent to you via email.

 


Once you've logged in, you can select the order you want to return from your order list.

Click the “Request Return” button in the upper-right corner

Select the products you want to return, specify the reason, and request your return

2. How to Request Order Cancellation

You can request order cancellation by going to the Orders section of your Profile, selecting the order that includes the product you want to cancel, and clicking Request Cancellation.
